It’s Free to become Nana Hair distributor , after you made the small order over 3pcs , if you like the quality , you can contact us become distributor , so in further , each order can get extra discount .

What's the payment you accept ?

Online order we accept paypal, Credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express. Please make sure the shipping address is the same as the address you set in paypal account, otherwise it will take time to verify and sometimes cause shipment pending.
Western Union, Money Gram, Bank Transfer is also acceptable; please contact our Sales Representative for further information if you prefer these three methods.

How can I get overnight shipping ?

Overnight shipping for Monday-Thursday

Do you do drop shipping ? how it work ?

There is no extra fee for dropshipping , you can place an order with your clients address when payment ,then we ship the package to your clients directly , there is no any info about us .your clients will ship the package is from you .

What's the shipping time ?

Usually Nana Hair will send out the hair within 8 hours. For items not in stock, we will contact you and let you know the processing time. Shipment is proceeded by Fedex. North America 3-5 working days, South America t 2-4 days, Europe 3-5 working days, Australia 3-4 working days, Middle East 3-5 days, Africa 3-6 days.

Nana Hair  has been doing our best to make every customer have a nice shopping experience here. So if you have any problem with the service or product, please feel free to contact us.

30 days no reason return is available for unused items. Please ship back and we will arrange exchange or refund within 3 days after receiving the items. Shipping cost will be paid by Nana Hair due to quality issue or sending wrong item. For non-quality issue, shipping cost should be paid by buyer.

Nana Hair also offers lifetime maintenance and repair service. But exchange or refund is not acceptable when the hair is used. We would also suggest you taking the hair to professional salon for coloring/bleaching/cutting if needed.
